What time are you open?
For pickup usually from 10:00-16:00 but in special cases we are flexible. Dropoff available anytime.
Can I drop the car off in the evening or nighttime?
Yes, we will explain how to do that but it is always possible.
Do you have full insurance?
Yes. All damages to the cars are insured but only on paved roads. If you have an accident or a flat tyre offroad, you have to pay for the damage and other costs regarding the issue.
Do I have to fill up when bringing the car back?
Yes. You have to bring the car back with the same amount of fuel it was taken. All cars are regular petrol 95. You can fillup at our headquarters at the Repsol fuel station Corralejo.
Is there a mileage limitation?
No, unlimited miles included in the rental price.
Can I pay with debit or credit card?
Yes, we accept both. Debit card and credit card also accepted.
Does second driver have any extra fee?
Nope, no extra fee for a second driver.
Is there any other fee beside the rental price?
No any other extra or hidden fee, you only have to pay the rental price indicated in the booking system.
Can I ask for a baby seat?
Yes, you can order a baby seat for our cars that are suitable from the smallest to the largest child. They are secure, isofix mounted.
Do I have to clean the car before bringing it back?
Nope, we have the cleaning service as part of our quality control, we thoroughly clean the car after each renter. It is included in the rental price.
